It seems the years are passing faster as the world grows smaller, right?  Just as we're getting used to one of these 365 day interludes, it comes to an end leaving nothing but a massive party and even bigger clean-up in its wake.

Well, its better to go out with a blast then a whimper, right?  Plus, staying home for New Year's eve just plain sucks!  So, we've compiled the best list of places in Baton Rouge and New Orleans where you can rock out 2012 with friends and/or someone you love.
